Food Trailer Journey - In Photos

We bought the trailer in October 2022, new but basically empty. They built in the cabinets and the sinks, but we had to come up with everything else a bakery cafe would need. Below are a few pics of where we started and where we are today. This has been a labor of love!

Bringing it home - all the way from outside Oklahoma City! That was a long drive for our first tow.

Trying to make room for a prep table. Baking takes up a lot of countertop space lol.

The new stove/oven and trying to install a 100lb propane tank ( which is the amount of propane, not the weight. It was closer to 170lbs. A lot for 2, and a half (I'm looking at you Katherine).

We finally started getting things filled in. 128 square feet is both more time than what I have now and less than it needs to be lol.
