Collinsville Summerfest

It was another hot night. We found ourselves in Collinsville for their Summerfest. The event takes place the 2nd Thursday of the month from April through August. Collinsville is a short 15 minute drive from where we are in Owasso, so we loaded up the tent and tables.

The event is smaller that the Gathering on Main in Owasso but there was no lack of friendly people and of course giant lemonade. We debuted our peanut butter cookie for the evening. It is now available on the menu.

Summerfest runs from 6pm - 8:30pm. In addition to us, the nice and fantastic vendors, there was ice cream, a food truck, bouncy house and live music. After the event ended, the city showed a movie in the square.

We will be back in Collinsville 8/11, so if you find yourself in the area, come say hi.
