There are so many questions when it comes to baked goods. No question is too big or too small for our team to answer, so feel free to reach out and ask whatever is on your mind. We’ll help you find the treat that’s right for you!

How do I keep my purchases fresh?

Most of our baked goods will keep in air tight containers at room temperature. While best fresh, we have found this will let you store them for 3-5 days. Any items such as cheesecakes require refridgeration. They should be kept covered to prevent the absorption of scents from your refridgerator. They are best consumed within 3 days.

Do you offer gluten free items?

All of our products are gluten-free. Most of our products use our own flour blend of oat flour, white rice, and potato starch.

Do you make any vegan or sugar-free items?

At this time we do not offer vegan items. We offer many dairy-free and egg-free options, but because we use regular granulated sugar, our items are not vegan. Due to the inherent glycemic index of our flour blend, we do not offer sugar-free options at this time.
